What should I do with my natural hair before service?
Depending on your hair journey, I recommend a moisturizing or protein treatment to ensure your hair gets what it needs, while you're hair is in a protective style. Make sure your scalp does not have scabs or cuts.
Please do not get a blunt cut before getting your style.
Are deposits required?
Yes, deposits are required to secure your appointment for a specific day and time.
Can I use my deposit for a different day?
No. Deposits are for the date and time you book and can not be switched to another day unless it is communicated timely. Nobody can take your day, it is reserved for you.
What is if I show up and I didn't shampoo my hair, have oil in my hair or my hair isn't 4 inches, will I lose my deposit?
Unfortunately. yes, you will forfeit your deposit. This does not apply to proven emergencies, just be sure to communicate, I still want you to get the style you want!
What is your policy on cancellations?
You are able to cancel your appointment up to 48 hours in advance. Note that if you cancel last minute, the deposit is non-refundable and another deposit is required if you so choose to book for another day.
Do you shampoo hair?
Currently I do not shampoo hair. It is required that you come washed and blow dried and that your hair is free from any oils, moisturizers, build-up, etc. Failing to do so may result in cancellation.
What if I need to reschedule my appointment?
You can reschedule your appointment as long as it is 24 hours before the initial time of service.
Can I bring someone to my appointment with me?
There are no extra guest allowed.
How can I get the address to the location?
Once you have scheduled your appointment successfully, you will receive the address to the location where you will be service to your e-mail.
How long does my hair need to be to get any braided or loc style?
Hair must be at least 4 inches from the scalp.
How long will my service take?
I do not guarantee a specific time as to when your service will be completed. Everyone's hair is different. Hair density also plays a factor.
Should I chemically relax my hair before my appointment?
I do not recommend this at all. Doing so can result in extreme damage and breakage.
What if I am late to my appointment?
If you know that you are going to be running late, there are multiple ways I can be contacted to be informed and we can most likely work something out. At 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will forfeit your deposit.
Can I change my hairstyle if I decide I want something else at my appointment?
No. Each Style requires a different amount of time. Switching your style at the last minute inconveniences me and the client after you.
